This is one of the first new patterns I work on creating with my private coaching clients. Take small steps each day to do something that makes you uncomfortable. It doesn’t have to be anything huge, just something that gives you butterflies. We’ll work up to doing some of the things that make you want to vomit.

5. Make a phone call you’ve been putting off

10. Speak your truth
Add to the list, make it your own. Keep track of how you get out of your comfort zone each day by keeping a journal. Give yourself a pat on the back for each time you get uncomfortable.
