Today I am celebrating a first! Shannon D. Silva and I facilitated our first in-person workshop! This is a big accomplishment for me. Taking this from an idea to actual completion is so exciting.
I’m practicing celebrating what we did well and tomorrow I’ll work on analyzing what we could have done better. Today is a celebration!
Do you celebrate your accomplishments or do you over-analyze and nitpick on what you could have done better? There is a place for both (not the nitpicking part) and the celebrating should come first!

Congratulations, Vicki, on your inaugural in-person workshop! Hope it went well. It is indeed a day to celebrate your accomplishment and savor the sweet victory of effort before the taste changes to critiquing it for the next time you serve up the workshop! Congrats!
